We at Sparsh aim to make our special students independent in their daily lives. The students participate in ADL(Activity of Daily Living) wherein they learn to do their own basic work without assistance. As a part of ADL, we recently organised a Fruit Chat Making Activity in which the students were taught about fireless cooking and also learnt how to cut fruits with a knife. It also helped them identify the different varieties of fruits as they mixed them all together to make a salad. It was a great sight to witness them developing a hand-eye coordination while they enjoyed the activity with their buddies.
